1. Set a course of where you want to go.
Be specific as to what goals you want to achieve. Do you want to burn more fat? Do you want to reduce your cholesterol? Do you want to lower your high blood pressure? Do you want to get stronger? 2. Workout smarter, not harder...or longer.
More is not better. Many people make the mistake of working out longer and then with time realize that there workouts are too long and are not achieving the results they are looking for. When that takes place, motivation is lost and then they quit. What we want to do is not have you quit but to maximize your workout time and results so that you get the most for the amount of time your working out. 3. Change your eating plan
If you are eating the same foods and the same calories it's a good idea to change it up. In other words, you might have to eat less, maybe you might have to replace some foods for others, or maybe you might have to eat more!!! Yeah no kidding. Some people are not getting enough calories and are wondering what the heck it going on. It's all simple and relative. You can eat more calories and still drop some body fat. You might have to replace some foods to lower your cholesterol. It all depends on what you are trying to achieve.
